Prices:

Prices stated are in U.S. Dollars while supplies last. Prices for Specials are valid until midnight Pacific Time on the last day of the sale. We will use automatic date/time stamping on the shopping cart to determine when an order was placed. We can not make adjustments for items ordered after the item is no longer on sale.

Payment Methods:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks and Money Orders in U.S. funds. Items will be charged to your credit card when they ship, usually the next business day. If you are paying by check, we will not ship your order until your check has cleared which is usually one day.

Sales Tax:

Except for California residents, all local and state taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We will collect taxes on orders for California.

Returns:

We at Geo Mio/ Minawear want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy, CONTACT US so that we can attempt to solve the problem.

If we are unable to solve your problem, we will give you a Return Authorization Code. Please include this code with the merchandise and send it back postage paid and insured. Depending on the reason for the return, you will either receive a full store credit or a store credit less shipping and handling.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase provided the product has all its hang tags and packaging intact. We can not guarantee an item will be in stock for exchange, in which case, you will be entitled to a store credit.

Regardless of the reason for the return, please make sure you get a Return Authorization Code BEFORE you return the item.

Shipping:

The standard method of shipping for our products is USPS Priority Mail (usually 2-5 business days). Please note estimated transit days are from the day we ship your order and not from the day you place your order. We generally ship within 1-2 business days.

You will receive an email notice when your order has been shipped. You will be given a tracking number for orders shipped USPS Express Mail or by UPS Ground. Priority Mail will be sent with delivery confirmation.

We cannot ship via UPS Ground to APO's, FPO's, or P.O. Boxes. If you live in AK, HI, PR or any other US territory, USPS Priority Mail is our service of choice. Please call us or e-mail us at [email protected] if you have questions regarding shipping.
